Milden's Hunting Journal - Belladonna Elephant

About
A Ganelle once told me that the Belladonna Elephants were originally from a cold region down south. They use to have long fur and thick hides to survive the cold there but when they moved to the grasslands their fur grew shorter to look more like the Elephants today. In the wild, these Elephants have unbelievably strong bonds within their herds. When one of them die, the other Elephants are very reluctant to leave the dead Elephant behind and have even be observed to drive away predators who try to feed on its corpse. Belladonna Elephants do not have sharp claws or agile bodies, but their large stature lend them incredible strength. Therefore, a closely gathered pack of Elephants can provide a great obstacle to Skilled Hunters and predators alike. It is wiser to target young Elephants or Elephants that have wandered outside of the herd. However, if the Elephants discover that you are attacking their child, the Elephants will come charging over to protect their own.
