Ancient Goblin Altar

In a seaside cave on the Stonebeak Shore of Mediah there are traces of the Ancient Goblin who lived there, as well as something that looks like an altar. One side of the cave seemed to have been violently removed to make a triangular space. This space looks like it was used to worship some unknown god. The Ancient Goblins would put their offering to the god here.
