This Root Nymph's nickname is the "King of the Otters." His hobby is to enter the dreams of Otters at night. He is trying to brainwash the Otters into obeying him.

How to obtain: Can be obtained from Lv. 43 through [Quest] Complete the quest from Koirin, the Trade Manager in Longleaf Tree Sentry Post, then go ask the Otter by the Crioville waterhole.
