Turg, presumably a carter, was found dead in Ehwaz Plains with a mark from a hard blow on his head. It looked like it came from a Goblin Elite Soldier's hammer, which probably killed him on the spot. Turg was wearing a steel and leather bracelet engraved with the words "Alfredo, best buddies always".

How to obtain: Can be obtained through [Quest] for Lv. 41 and higher Alfredo, the Arms Dealer in Velia, seems to be full of concern. Help him get rid of his worries.
