When joining the corrupt Cultists new members must write their oath of allegiance in blood as a sign of loyalty and the desire to resurrect Kzarka. The bloody letter is then sealed by the power of black magic, and when the seal breaks, the letter will burn and the author of the letter will die. It is uncertain, but this cruel method may be a means of punishing traitors.

How to obtain: Can be obtained through [Interaction] There is a burnt journal behind the Cultist Stone Statue and by its base at the entrance to the Bloody Monastery in Southern Serendia.
