Up high around Heidel Castle, one can find a kite-flying boy. This boy from the Orphanage flies a kite everyday hoping it will reach his dead parents. His name is Balya. "The priest at the Orphanage said, if I fly a kite well enough, my parents will come back someday."
How to obtain: Can be obtained through [Quest] There is a child playing with a string at the watchtower by the entrance to Heidel. What is the child doing?
