Teacher in Tarif

Allan Serbin, who greets visitors to Tarif from the picture frame he is sealed in, was a colleague of Cartian, who founded Tarif many years ago. He used all his power to seal the Book of Cartian, and went into the frame of his own accord to preserve his essence. He possess the unique magical ability to solidify the Black Spirit, a power called "Spiritization." He's teaching this skill to the current residents of Tarif.
