Identity of the Mutant Imp

The Khurutos are growing vastly powerful under the leadership of the great Chief Kelcas. Some argue that they are mutated Imps, but the Khurutos are developing their own culture. Though some Khurutos who don't follow Kelcas have joined human society, they still struggle to speak the human language.
