Mysterious Sculptor

The stone statue at the Central Plaza of Heidel was built to commemorate Serendia's achievements. Oddly, the statue was built by a sculptor from the east. The Mysterious Sculptor Oyun, who travels the world leaving marvelous sculptures in his wake, took three years to complete this statue, the longest time he's ever stayed anywhere.
