The area around the Kalis Plaza, where the Kalis Parliament and the Central Church of Elionism are located, is for nobles only. The Grand Ritual Street, home to the Falres Elionian Church, is no exception. Nor is the college district. These areas are considered the sanctuary of the nobles. Each family's private guards are on high alert here. Ordinary people cannot easily enter these areas.
