After Heidel became the capital of Serendia, chaos erupted from the inrush of merchants. Competition for good spots and destructive price drops caused product quality to go down significantly. The one who put a stop to all this was a noblewoman from Serendia, Grace. She suggested regulations and order through the guild, and taught merchants professionalism. Her cousin Bobby Lauren succeeded her place, but the merchants still haven't forgotten her.
