A Rhutum arms dealer who is too timid and passive to try new things. He only sells weapons in Mediah because he inherited the family business; it has nothing to do with having particular knowledge about or interest in weapons. He has been undergoing an inner conflict lately because he hates war and loathes the fact that he sells weapons for a living.
