Pulvio

A trainer in Velia. Pulvio believes that nothing can be achieved without effort, and he always tries to force this view on others. He encourages people to have pets, but warns people they mustn't give up on a pet once they've begun. Being a smart guy, he originally planned to become a designer, but a stray cat stole his heart one day, and he became a trainer.
