Mathias

Mathias is in charge of Velia's Imperial Delivery. Mathias used to manager at the famous Lynch Farm in Heidel. After the farm was devastated by Altar Imps and the whole family went missing, he left Heidel to settle down in Velia. Rosa Kloko saw how bright he was and put him in charge of the Imperial Deliveries. Though a terrible incident brought him here, Mathias says it must have been his destiny to come to Velia.
