Gongklad

Gongklad is called "the most cunning little bugger" in the Sausan Garrison. His wit and wisdom found him a niche in this ferocious group of soldiers and he eventually became the wharf manager. However, he is said to be a ruthless man who fiendishly robs any merchant vessel that comes to his wharf.
