Rockfish

Rockfish are not nearly as common as Mackerels or Scorpion Fish. Yet, because they taste so darn good, fishers frequent its known fishing spot in hopes of landing one or two. Fresh Rockfish are good both raw and in soup. They are a bit expensive, but are widely enjoyed.
