Lava Steel Ingot

A Steel Ingot refined at the Omar Lava Cave. It used to be possible to use the lava in this cave as a naturally powerful furnace to refine pure Iron whenever necessary. However, lava refining is no longer possible, meaning this type of Steel Ingot is becoming more scarce and increasingly valuable.
