Longnose Gar

This fierce predator feeds mostly on small fish, crustaceans, and mollusks. With its long snout, it quickly sucks in anything that gets too close, especially at dusk or during the night when it's most active. It often hunts near the surface and slips into hiding spots to avoid natural enemies.
