Obtuse Barracuda

This fish has a slim, elongated body with a soft, reddish glow and tiny black speckles along its sides and near its dorsal fin. You'll spot them alone or in small groups near rocks, sandy bottoms, or reefs, usually between 5 and 25 m deep. Most adults reach 20 to 30 cm, but some can grow as large as 50 cm.
