An empty abandoned well.
A monster ambushed the place the day before the well ran dry. The brave Calpheon soldiers lured the monster into the well and trapped them in there. Since that day, there's been reports of an eerie howling coming from inside of the well.

From the supply port near Calpheon Northwestern Outpost, follow the road toward the village and turn left. Then examine the abandoned well beside the building where the villagers are gathered.
