Burning Beacon

A beacon that is always burning. Nobody knows who lights it. Could it be one of the Black Turtle natives or a member of the Old Moon Guild? Both factions do not seem to care much for the beacon. However, they say that if waves rise and lightning strikes at Goddess' Abyss, the beacon must be extinguished and concealed to avoid bringing calamity to the island.
