Berdao uses the Wake-Me-Not on both priests and believers, making them hallucinate and build up devotion to the fish god. Puranuo and a few other Otter priests are aware of this and are devising a plan to put an end to these antics, yet, due to the vast forces Berdao commands, no one is able to stop him yet.
