A Hunter you met at a Velia bar advises you to get more experience in Serendia and recommends a skirmish with the Goblins. ※ You can accept the quest again 22 hours after completing it.

To Serendia? I don't think you're skilled enough to work there... How about you go back to Balenos and train with the Goblin Fighters? It's not a quest from Heidel, but I can pay you enough.
