Quest details
Leuheffe, the Mysterious Magnate, said that there are too many people in the world that are trying to get rich too quickly. He recommends that you take it slow and start off by farming. Harvest some wheat and give Leuheffe 1 Special Wheat Seed.
※ You will need to purchase seeds from a Seed Vendor and rent a Fence from certain NPCs using Contribution Points to farm. Then install the Fence and plant seeds to start growing crops.

and the majority of them make the same mistake.
They become impatient. Their greed, to become rich
in the shortest time, takes over them..
If anyone can become rich overnight,
those who work hard will be deemed useless.
So, this well be my first lesson.
Plow the ground, plant some seeds,
and wait to harvest them.
To become rich, patience is a necessity.
You will only obtain how much you sow.
