Quest dialogue

On acceptance

I've overseen countless horses during my time here, but I'm always pleasantly surprised to see that there are quite a few people who love horses as much as I do. So I've been thinking... what can I do to help those admirers of horses? And thus, well, the result of all that thinking is the reason why you're standing here before me. If you hand over the seals in your possession, I'll exchange them for a gift that will be of good use to you.
