Quest details

The child releasing lanterns into the sky said that she was making a wish. She said there are still some wish lanterns remaining and asks if you would like to release your own. Talk to the child soon and receive a wish lantern.

Hm? Oh, hi there, Adventurer! How did you know I was here? Ah, Rubin? I should have known, hehe! I like to come here to release lanterns into the sky and make wishes, but I'm usually alone when I do. Hey! Do you want to make a wish, Adventurer? I've got some lanterns left over, and it's much more fun doing it together with someone else! Don't you go anywhere! I'll go and fetch one.
