※ Attack Baby Vell while riding the mount summoned by Frozen Palace Soldier Transformation Scroll from Durong.
※ Ride on the palace soldier and approach the Sea Palace Energy at the designated location in the Sea Palace.
※ You can participate in this weekly quest three times a week.
※ This quest resets every Thursday at midnight.
