Slowly shine the flame's light onto the book, and you shall see certain letters appear within your mind. Seek that which appears and toss it into the alchemy tool, and slowly...but surely, the memories shall appear. And you, all you have to do is bring the alchemy materials to me. You are in luck, for I was in need of a Concentrated Dawnlight.

Stop stalling and hand over the Concentrated Dawnlight to me. You'll be able to create it on top of Heidel's abandoned spire.
