The villager in Olvia suggested seeing the village Chief to get some advice before you start an adventure. Follow the guide arrow and talk to Igor Bartali, the chief.

If you're planning on an adventure, I recommend that you see the Village Chief. Chief Igor has a wide spectrum of knowledge and experience, so he'll be able to help you. The Chief's place is not far from here.

He is right there. It might be quite noisy because of all the guests.

On completion

Are you an adventurer? Hmm... You seem to lack confidence for your journey. Don't worry. I used to travel around when I was young. First, you should have confidence.
