Islin Bartali, the owner of the Lunar Halo Inn in Velia, asks you to prepare a large meal for the sailors that are trying to find jobs and get settled into Velia and deliver the food to Liana. In return, Liana will give you some useful cooking ingredients. ※ This quest can be repeated.
