At the broken bridge near the watchtower, an adventurer is upset because a weird guy across the bridge started glaring at him. Talk to the villager across the bridge again.

I was on my way, minding my own business.
And then, he started glaring at me all weird.
Like he was planning something.
So I started observing him quietly.
Go tell him!
Not to glare at people like that!

He's strange, don't you think?
On completion
What? I glared at him first?
Didn't that guy start the whole glare-off?
