Enrico Mancini said that in order to live in Heidel, you have to get along with Bobby Lauren who holds commercial power. Meet Bobby Lauren at an Inn in the southern part of the town.

You must be exhausted coming all the way from Eastern Balenos. Unlike Velia, Heidel is highly commercial. You'd better meet Bobby Lauren, the Head of the Vendors Association, who holds the commercial power in Heidel. We say, Bobby for commercial power, and Cruhorn for military power. He's one of those famous people here.
