Moretti Farm Worker Hannes is angry that the Eastern Gateway guards are not doing anything for the security of the farm. He asked you to get rid of the Wheat Field Lookouts and promised to pay you separately.

Did Kael say he's taking care of our farm? Nonsense... they do nothing. They always use the rebels as an excuse. What I'm saying is, they just want to finish Al Rhundi off for show and get acknowledged. They said they'd get rid of the Wheat Field Lookouts last time. And it didn't take long for them to back out. Just as I expected. This is a mess. I'm willing to compensate you with a travel allowance. Will you help me?
