I heard the Central Camp is in serious trouble. At least I can rely on Captain Alugren there. He's a trustworthy guy. Are you interested in meeting him? Don't be shy! It's unnecessary. But you won't be able to see Alugren right away. Everything has an order. First, go to Guard Francil.
