Maul says that you have to destroy Swamp Fogan Eggs to stop them from spreading.

Quest dialogue

On acceptance

Fogan Eggs are at the center of their homes. They ferociously protect their eggs. It's not the most righteous thing to do... but you have to destroy the Swamp Fogan Eggs before they hatch. We can't just sit here and watch the Fogan army multiplying, right?

While in progress

Go to the western area in the Serendia Swamp and destroy the Swamp Fogan Eggs before they hatch.

On completion

We'll officially negotiate with the Fogans later. But not now. We can't communicate yet...
