Lara is worried because her orphan siblings refused to go out and work on account of their seeing a ghost while working at the stable. Check out the abandoned stable near Heidel's east gate at night, investigate the case, and report back to Lara.

A strange rumor is going around the orphanage these days.
Maybe even around Heidel.
Our kids are cleaning the abandoned stable near Heidel's east gate
once a week. And they said they saw a ghost lately!
They can only work at night when people do not frequent the area,
