Heidelian blacksmith Techthon claims he's recently discovered the means to craft the Crystal Extraction Tool, and says that if you bring him some Magical Shards and Pure Iron Crystals, he'll craft a Crystal Extraction Tool for you. Bring Magical Shards and Pure Iron Crystals to Techthon.
