[Paradise Lost] Clues to Paradise

It seems our mystery someone is deliberately trying to leave clues about this so-called "paradise of wind." I've also found some additional clues of my own. This rune here. It means "sisters." But why go to such efforts in the first place? Sigh... Perhaps I have studied all there is to study here. Whatever the reason, I fear it is now beyond me. I'm certain the truth is closer than we think, though... Take all this information we've gathered thus far to Heidel, the capital of Serendia, and see if you can get a second opinion on the matter.

Dragons..? Oh! That does sound like a possibility, yes. Winds that can rip through mortal flesh... Strong enough, surely, to keep even the largest of Dragons in flight. And did not our mysterious figure wear armor akin to these mighty creatures? Hmm, but what about this mention of "sisters"? And this eternal march toward a common end...?
