1. Make 1 Elixir of Swiftness with the Alchemy Tool in your Residence.
2. Bring 1 Elixir of Swiftness to the Central Outpost Soldier.
※ Elixir of Swiftness ingredients: 1 Legendary Beast's Blood + 5 Arrow Mushrooms + 2 Powder of Darkness + 5 Birch Sap
