Quest details
A Soldier at the Northern Heidel Quarry says you can mine Translucent Crystals in the Goblin Cave, and asked you to bring him some.
1. Go to the Goblin Cave.
2. Equip a Pickaxe.
3. Mine Clear Quartz in the cave.
4. Give 1 Rough Translucent Crystal to the Soldier.

I heard there are transparent crystals inside it.
It's an unclaimed cave,
so anyone can mine them.
