Go to the place marked when activating the Saunil Siege Captain Summon Scroll, and interact with the Dark Portal to summon and defeat the Saunil Siege Captain.

(You can retry the quest by canceling and accepting it again. However, you must discard the Summon Scroll in order to receive the quest again.)
