The Black Spirit told you that the clue obtained from the Shadow Knights mentioned the Calpheon Shrine and told you that it would be a good idea to return to Bacho Ladericcio for further questioning. Leave using the ladder you initially used to enter the well, and return to Bacho Ladericcio.
