I believe there was a special task force assigned to guarding Important documents.
Problem is, this unit headed by Commander Randal is always changing location.

No need to worry though. It's not hard to get our hands on the info we need.
All we need is a document showing where personnel are stationed. Let's nab it off a rookie over there.
