Hervano Tito said we need to stop the rebels from expanding their domain by destroying their fortifications. Destroy the barricades and flags established by the rebels.

The bigger problem is that
the rebels are growing more violent as the days go by.
It's very likely that some of the villagers sympathize with them,
but we know that nothing good will come out of cracking down on the villagers.
This is why our role is so crucial!
We need to get to the root of the problem before the rebels grow stronger.
The rebels aren't much compared to the Serendian army,
however, they've built up a decent sized force.
Could you go check them out?
