Romano Prospero said that a large quantity of gunpowder is stored in the Extraction Mill. However, Calpheon dispatched a man named Dawson to oversee the operations there. They're nervous that Dawson may find the gunpowder. Pay a visit to Dawson to speak with him.

This Extraction Mill is managed by Dawson. By the way, you know that Dawson is from Calpheon, right? You didn't? The Republic of Calpheon constructed this huge mill to exploit all of our resources. Thanks to this, the water near the Extraction Mill has become polluted, and there are tons of work to handle from my end. I should get a medal from Lord Crucio, haha! Since you mentioned that you were sent by the Grand Chamberlain, I'd advise you keep the part about gunpowder a secret from Dawson.
