Isobelle welcomed you to Calpheon and told you that you must go through the proper steps to be formally admitted to the region. Take the Delphe Knights Castle supplies to Granbill.

The Delphe Knights Castle is one of the strongholds
that played a major role in the war against Serendia.
Well... As you can see, it is now used just as a gateway.
A gateway that is currently under attack from a hoard of harpies!
You'll probably hear this often,
but welcome to Calpheon!
I suppose you'll be especially busy while in Calpheon considering
the entry process and your work for the Xian merchants.
The Xian Merchant Guild is responsible for delivering supplies
to this location, among others.
With that much said, I guess you get the point.
