Elgriffin from the Delphe Outpost expressed her gratitude. She said they are currently preparing to drive out the Khuruto. She asked you to slay the Harpies that are currently attacking the outpost at the ridge until their preparation is complete.

We are currently preparing an offensive to drive out the Khuruto.
Our plan is to attack them from both sides.
Karcenov and I are overseeing the preparations.
The problem is that the Harpies continue to harass us from above.
We'd like you to keep the harpies at bay
while we push our offensive forward.

If you go back up the road you just came down, you'll be able to get closer to the Harpies.

I see you ended up hunting those damn Harpies again.
