Quest details
The Black Spirit told you that a creature engulfed in darkness nearby is producing all this heat and that this creature must be defeated to lower the temperatures in the cave. Move to the center of the cave.
※ You cannot accept the "[Mediah] [Boss] The Overlord of Omar Lava Cave" quest if you have a Lava Chief Summon Scroll in your inventory.
