After everything that happened with the Barbarians, Neruda Shen wants to provide support if Sarma Anin's Shroud Knights and the Mediahn royal family are willing to rebuild Mediah in a new direction. Tell Sarma Anin Neruda Shen's intentions.

the personal guards to the Mediahn royal family.
They are stuck in tradition and wish to revive Mediah to its former standing.

but that couldn't be further from the truth.
The populace and the prince do not realize that all I desire is the greater good of Mediah.
This is not a critique of the old regime, it worked for its time.
But Mediah must take a new direction towards
trade commerce if it is to compete with its neighbors.
