Buntt wants to see you using combat skills, and asks you to demonstrate what you learned. ※ Follow the key prompts displayed at the top middle of the screen to complete the quest. ※ If there are no key prompts, open the Quests ({StringTableBind(KeyBind:QuestHistory)}) window to forfeit and reaccept the quest.

Now that you've learned the skill, how about practicing it right away? There are lots of scarecrows here, so you can use one for your practice. I know it's just practice, but it will help a lot in real combat.
